Delivery Services
Orders are packed and dispatched in our warehouse every regular working day.
If you have any special instructions regarding the dispatch of your order please clearly write this in the COMMENTS section on your order form.
If it is very urgent (i.e. it needs to be sent the same day as the order is being placed) to avoid disappointment please call our office to check we can satisfy your needs, in some circumstances extra fees might be payable for such service.
All orders are done on time is not the essence basis unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the order being placed.
United Kingdom - Mainland
Lightweight orders will be sent by first class mail.
Almost all other orders are delivered by a Courier Next Day service that will arrive at any time during the next regular working day.
Some courier services charge extra if they unsuccessfully attempt to deliver three or more times. In such circumstances you will be liable for any extra charges imposed by the courier.
If you would like delivery by a particular time there are some options for this on the 2nd stage of the order process with extra fees for those services.
Channel Islands
Orders under 0.5kg will be sent by first class mail.
Orders between 0.5-2kg are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Orders over 2kg will find a quote calculated by our web cart at the 2nd stage of finalising your order. We will contact you prior to dispatch if there has been any miscaclulation.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Mane or Isle of Skye
Orders under 0.5kg will be sent by first class mail.
Orders between 0.5-2kg are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Orders over 2kg our courier service charges an extra £10 and this charge will be added to your order.
Outside the United Kingdom
When you place an order our cart system will automatically calculate a quote for delivery at the 2nd stage of finalising your order. We will contact you prior to dispatch if there has been any miscaclulation.
'Delivery charge will be advised to you before goods are dispatched.'
These products are generally too big for the standard courier service and we will email you with costs for delivery and any crate recommendations.
Collections
You can make your own collection arrangements for any goods ordered just add a note to the comments to request this.
An appointment will need to be agreed in advance if you would like an out of standard office .
Special Instructions
We will be happy to advise our courier of any additional delivery instructions like leave with neighbour / in garage etc. but note this is done entirely at your own risk. Note, some credit cards may provide some insurance cover for the rare occasion something goes wrong.
