• Price Guarantee – If you find another supplier is charging less than us for exactly the same in stock goods then we will meet or beat that price. Please call or email with full details. Delivery charges to places outside the UK and some places not on the UK mainland are exempt from this offer.
• US Price Comparison – Some people here in the UK seem to think that prices seen on similar sites in America are cheaper than ours. Unfortunately you could be in for quiet a shock if you do not fully understand how importing goods from another country works. Here is a quick review for you to consider:-
• If your order includes gaming chips customs and exercise will probably classify them as plastic and apply an import duty of 6% (this is in no way reclaimable).
• As well as this import duty VAT will be applied at 17.5% (or your local European rate) - ONLY businesses registered for VAT can reclaim this charge.
• Airmail services are restricted to 2kg so you will probably need a courier service. Prices start from 40 pounds and quickly increase according to weight or volume
