Returns Policy

• We are very confident that you will be extremely satisfied with our products or service However, we are obliged to inform you that you have the right within 7 working days, the day after, the receipt of goods to advise us in writing, to address provided below or by email to srush@casino-shop.co.uk, that you wish to cancel your order and we will refund your money within 30 days of such notification. However, we will endeavour to refund your money the same day as such goods are received by us.

• For your own peace of mind we strongly recommend obtaining suitable proof of dispatch and check insurance provisions for valuable items.
• When returning goods from outside the United Kingdom please make sure you clearly mark the box as returned goods.
• Customised goods are exempt from all refunds unless not fitting the ordered specification - wrong initials, wrong colour chip, wrong number etc. In such rare examples we reserve the right to resupply the corrected goods. We will minimise this risk by always providing samples where possible and at least a proof to be approved by you prior to our undertaking any such personalised work.
• This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
