• Supply - Is subject to and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and the Parties hereby subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts thereof.
• Goods - Are offered on an invitation to buy basis not a right to sell. While we accurately measure and weigh all items please allow a reasonable tolerance for rounding effects and varieties in our supply. Customers are responsible for ensuring they obtain any special licenses before buying our products.
• Stock - The quantities shown indicate what we should presently have stored in our warehouse. Some larger items are stored at alternative storage sites within 20 minutes drive of our main location.
• Delivery Services - We will endeavour to get your order ready for collection by our the chosen courier service by the end of the next working day.

• Privacy policy - We will only record the details necessary for the completion of your order. We will NEVER share or pass this information with any third party.
• Returns Policy - We are very confident that you will be extremely satisfied with our products and service but just in case not we recommend you click on the returns policy link to learn about our procedures and advise for such unusual occasions.
• Payment Methods - Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Electron, Cheque / Bankers draft or Postal orders in pounds sterling drawn on an U.K. bank. You can also transfer funds directly to our U.K. bank account. When paying by credit card if your card payment fails the standard clearance procedures we will add a random amount between 1 and 99p that will form part of an alternative security procedure to verify you as the genuine card holder. This most frequently occurs to card holders outside the UK.
